That's not what he said. He said "He did well for five rounds". Doing well and "winning" are not the same thing. Doing well for a novice could mean not losing as badly as most would expect.

Thing is Paulie was on some shet allot of times he lost. He claims he beat Broner. Now Paulie may have outlanded Broner in some of those rounds, but Broner was beating the crap out of him. And the vibe of the fight, Paulie, tired exhausted, getting rocked with these shots.

While Broner was in fresh shape, eating Paulie's soft punches, while battering him.

Broner beat the snot out of Paulie, it doesnt matter if Paulie outlanded him, those punches were weak. I think Conor battered Paulie too because look at Paulie's face. Paulie just thinks that because he outlanded him here and their, it means he was winning.

But if you land five cotton balls, and I land one cannon ball, and your bleeding and looking sick, while Im looking great, then I think Im winning.
