RocNation, on the other hand, has Andre Ward and a nice handful of prospects that they're bringing along.

Make the Lomachenko fight for Rigondeax if you can, but I still see RocNation taking their package of fighters and leveraging it (formally or informally) into a deal with Showtime/PBC.

Ward-Stevenson (Canadian PPV, possibly US PPV, and Sky Sports), Ward-Bellew (Showtime/Sky Sports),
Derevyanchenko-Arias for the IBF 160lb belt, Rigo-Mares (if Mares gets beat by LSC, the matchup gets Mares another big opportunity, and gives Rigo a name opponent to fight), etc.
Yeah I just looked at the Main Events roster. Other than the massively devalued Kovalev it's like the local flea market of the boxing world. Nothing of note there.

Wonder what K2 has planned for their US play..

      Not very well lol.

Random question for anyone, does anyone recall a promoter buying out some other promoter? Legit curious about this now & I can't really think of anyone off the top of my head who actually did buy out a promotional entity, but I gotta figure its happened at some point.
Tyson's company getting bought out? Not sure, tbh.

You probably have to go back to pre-Bob Arum/Don King.

Yea I'm not sure either. Didn't that Mike Tyson Promotions company just go broke? I know Haymon/PBC got a few of their guys, like Lubin, but I think they just went 6ft under.

Yea idk. Like I said I can't really think of a promotion that got bought out. Idk if its really a thing all that much. I think you promote your own stuff or you fold. Not much happens in between living or dying.

If anything I think guys bring on partners like the aforementioned Mike Tyson Promotions did with changing their name when they brought in Tyson or like that guy did with Evander Holyfield recently too (or I should say it sounds like that is the case cuz I don't know all the behind the scenes particulars with that).
