What are you even talking about???? LOL you are so f#cking insane sometimes.
Never mentioned Crawford doing PPV in the quoted posted. But wtf he's DONE PPV before already so why can't he do PPV now?????
C+ trolling cuz you are one weird mfer or just legit nuts & see stuff others don't.Comment

Yep.
And randomly this is a tactic the UFC has stolen from Arum despite Dana crushing him verbally any chance he gets.
In the UFC they don't sit you doe usually they'll just put you in a super tough matchup or in a bad matchup that you won't look good in thus lowering your value via a L or just a bad performance.
Its a smart tactic to keep nice with your promoter, but its still a tactic that'll make the fighters wanting to find out their true value in combat sports have a bad taste in their mouth due to how you work.Comment

My point is who cares about PPV. You know my motive about PBC and Crawford. When Thurman vs Porter happened did industry or fans even mention that PPV should've have been needed? Thurman and Garcia got 2 mil purses. At any rate PPV was irrelevant. Also selling big fights requires hype and persona from the fighters themselves. Who can Crawford fight now that's Huge PPV worthy? Don't shout the messenger. Didn't Fat Dan write that Arum lost money doing Crawford vs Postol? Is that good press? Again, I got flagged for showing that Ward vs Kova in 2 fights did 270k innit, yet I can't make a point that TC can't do PPV?What are you even talking about???? LOL you are so f#cking insane sometimes.

The UFC usually often threatens to take away your "PPV points" or promise never to put you on a PPV card or headliner again. They did that with Aldo, now with Nunes. Now Stipe is testing the UFC brass, threatening to sit until he gets a better contract. UFC doesn't care doe, unless you're Conor..Yep.

Not me. You brought it up in the first place ffs lmfao.
Yet you keep mentioning it lmfaoAt any rate PPV was irrelevant.
Name any fights at WW that would be HUGE on PPV unless Floyd keeps fighting? There aren't many HUGE PPV's in boxing at any weight division right now cuz you tend to have grow guys over time & most guys that are notable right now haven't done a PPV or barely done PPV fights.Who can Crawford fight now that's Huge PPV worthy?
People always mention this fight & GGG vs Davey like they mean anything to PPV. Those fights were PPV or they don't happen so Top Rank + K2 made decisions to likely take a L PPV-wise to get a long term W in more meaningful fights + more popularity &/or respect due to the quality of the W.Didn't Fat Dan write that Arum lost money doing Crawford vs Postol? Is that good press?
Every PPV isn't just about money is the point. If those fights weren't PPV fights its highly unlikely they happen at all on regular HBO due to how much of a budget HBO has these days.
Well my main point was it wasn't even a point I was trying to make, but now that you bring it up I couldn't disagree more cuz of f#cking course Crawford could have a PPV fight. He's had the mentioned PPV fight vs Postol before. And its possible that the money to make both fighters in the future happy could require the usage of PPV again. Thats just basic sh^t.yet I can't make a point that TC can't do PPV?Comment

Not sure but hopefully he noticea very soon that the well will dry up at Top Rematch!
He'll be stuck fighting the dirty Aussie fake champ Jeff Horn and a way past prime Pacquiao or Jessie Vargas and Diego Chavez!
If he sees the light then I would savitate over a Crawford vs Thurman match up or Crawford vs Porter!
Spence is just too big, I'm just waiting on him moving up to 154 and see how effective he'll be there!Comment

You musta forgot (*said in RJJ voice*).The UFC usually often threatens to take away your "PPV points" or promise never to put you on a PPV card or headliner again. Brother they don't even care if its Conor. Don't you remember then f#cking up UFC 200 just a year ago when Conor wanted to do less press for the Diaz rematch? They destroyed how big UFC 200 coulda been over Conor not being willing to fly from Iceland to NYC or where that one presser was at where Nate was by himself lol.
The UFC definitely got more tools to use to get fighters on board then Arum gots, but the UFC gots more power too. Arum's only method is sitting you or asking you to pay them to release you.
Although I am sure Arum uses money with his opponent options. Like he'll say to Manny he'll get $18M for Crawford & $10M for Horn or Jessie Vargas & that type of sh^t to try to steer guys in a way that'll be best for Top Rank. Or like they did with Chavez Jr saying you get $10M for GGG with a contract extension or $5M for GGG without one or whatever the numbers were with that fight.
Its pretty crazy fans will say whoever is "ducking" when I don't think most fans can appreciate or even grasp what sorta situations are going on behind the scenes. Let alone understand the process of these situations where turning down bad offers is going to happen yet with NDA's you are unlikely to be able to discuss why you turned something down & all thats out in the ether is the $ which is all crazy sounding numbers to the average person making $20k to $80k/year.
I was even listening to a podcast recently where Willie Monroe brought up that Broner was saying that he turned down a career high payday to fight Manny cuz the contract included what basically sounds like boxings version of the music industry's 360 deals that f#ck over artists. So Broner woulda had to give up a % of his earnings OUTSIDE THE RING upon signing the contract. Thats bull sh^t & that offer made more sense then ever to me for Broner to have turned down & previously I thought Broner was just nuts to not have accepted that deal.Comment
