Pac has been through USADA and VADA testing and has never been caught cheating...

Floyd refused VADA when Arum presented it for a Pacquiao fight and Floyd used his connections at USADA to permit to use an IV the night before the biggest fight of his career...

Also, Floyd's body was super huge compared to pre and post De La Hoya fight...and all of a sudden Floyd's hands magically heal easily in between fights...
