They tried to make the Pulev fight for December last year, but he didn't want it, fought Peter instead

LOL. Also if Joshua does drop his belt and Ortiz/Ustinov gets ordered for the vacant, check Ustinovs recent scalps http://boxrec.com/boxer/314868 how the hell he become ranked No 2 with the WBA.

Im hoping for a Hughie Fury/Ustinov heavyweight unification, be hilarious, Warren would explode

No he couldn't have. He tried to but Pulev refused the fight. Super champs have 18 months to fulfil mandatory obligations so I'm not sure where they pulled 120 days from. That's the whole point of a super champ. Going against their own rules.

Theyr'e not going against their own rules because Ortiz was due a title shot before the Joshua/Klit fight. Klit wanted the title to be on the line so the WBA allowed it but notified both Klit/Joshua that whoever won, would have to fight Ortiz next within 120 days. Both Hearn and Joshua acknowledged this before the fights stating that they would probably have to drop a belt because of the mandatories.
