What's the difference between Ortiz and Pulev? Not much... same level of opponent.

Many now see why Joshua is a fraud. Suspect chin, suspect PED user, fighting old men and inferior comp. And he is a trinket belt holder nothing more. Titles matter now. They didn't before. Pulev didn't beat a soul to get his mandatory ranking. His bum ass is fighting Josahua before Wilder. Hearn is just wants to make money off of Joshua right now.

I don't think it's a bad fight. Of course there's better fights out there for Joshua but they won't be happening this year anyway. Wilder fight will be next year that the earliest. Parker is fighting Hughie Fury.

I'd have preferred to see Joshua take the Ortiz mandatory, but if that's not happening then Pulev isn't a bad fight for an IBF mandatory. The IBF have enforced some ****ty mandatory fights.

Pulev is one of the better fighters in the division and it's not like there's a great deal of options out there. Once a couple of champions are tied up with other fights, you're left with a very small pool of fighters in terms of decent opponents.

Suspect chin? Well when any heavyweight hits you with a flush shot no matter your size, it's going to buzz you. You can say this just about any heavyweight fighter. PED use?? Never backed away from any testing, Never tested positive. Fighting inferior comp? Paluev EARNED this title shot. I hate how haters like you leave out the fact that Jashua IS OBLIGATED to fight him or get stripped.

It looks like AJ fans in the US might have to wait a bit longer to see him fight in Vegas or something, 75,000 in Cardiff, Hearn is looking to make big bucks...

Definitely don't why people take issue with Pulev. He's a mandatory and hes a skilled, rugged fighter. Has wins over Thompson, Ustinov, Dimitrenko, Johnson and Chisora which are typical guys you want to beat to establish yourself as a contender. His loss, against Klitschko, was a gutsy performance. I don't think he's great but he is no bum. I'd rate him over Gerald Washington, and the other most recent fighters either Wilder or Parker have faced.

He's not American so he's a 'euro bum'. That's the rhetoric.

Granted would prefer Ortiz over Pulev...
