he's going to finish his career winning the fight of the year. i mean really, did anybody see that coming?

he's a great fighter and he's going to be remembered as such. he was also a heck of a classy guy and a gentleman, and he'll be remembered for that, too. see you canastota, big guy. they'll need a gigantic stack of bronze to make that fist of his

Good for him. He goes out with an entertaining fight as his last.

Holmes id agree with but it was a very faded version. The other names I don't agree with. Tyson didn't beat many big names the Spink's fight was as good as it got then it was all downhill from there.

Mike vs wlad is interesting. As a style match up wlad is all wrong for Tyson but if he can turn it into a fight on the inside it's lights out for WK

With all due respect to Wlad, this is the very best move for HW boxing, and now opens up a vast network of exciting possibilities for potential matchups with fighters we want to see in there with the three main champs.

Perhaps AJ will fight someone who isn't old, washed up or drugged and told its a hugging contest, but then again, it's an incredibly cynical sport.

Good luck and God speed to Vlad, he went out the way he should have after a great bout and with love from the fans. Now with Vlad and Tyson Fury retired the HW paths for AJ, Wilder, Ortiz, Parker, et al. should clear up. Get the mandatory matches out of the way and let's have a good run with the big boys for a while and see who if anyone can replace Vlad as a dominant HW for the next decade.

Cheers to Wlad. Not the most exciting reign, but he had no control over the era of heavyweights he had to compete in. He was as consistent as they come. Hell of a note to exit the sport on. It was one of the best heavyweight fights in 20 years. He fought like a champ and almost pulled off an amazing win.
