I could see him fighting Paulie in boxing after this!

The storyline is there and everyone knows that Paulie is one of the softest hitters in the game and 'retired.'

Conor getting ko'd vs Mayweather (oh i really hope that happens) actually makes a potential Paulie the Pillow fight more interesting.

Paulie is another circus act at this point. Nobody wants to see Paulie-Conor. Let Paulie stay retired please.

As for Conor boxing after Floyd, sure why not? If he actually wants to make a career out of it and not a circus, then why not? He's already 0-1 so i'm not sure who else he can realistically fight. At 154?

I'm wondering why he didn't have a single boxing match before fighting Floyd?

You know, to acclimatise and show the fans what he can do in the ring?

Could it be that all concerned knew full well that if Conor fought even a journeyman pro boxer, he would get schooled and scupper his big money fight with Floyd?

I think that most likely scenarios would end with Conor/Floyd losing ticket sales..... not sure really, but the unknown factor of McGregor could be a big deal

also, I don't think that Dana White supports Conor boxing, he supports the Mayweather-money

my feelings about McGregor have not changed

the fight will be competitive - in spots - and Conor will have some success - in spots...... but, the boxer will win

he may not struggle with the distance as much as I thought, but Mayweather can suck the life out of his opponent..... we shall see

after Mayweather.....

at 154, Conor puts up a good fight but loses (sometimes narrowly) to most/all names at the weight

he needs to stick with his game
