Well he did not win them, but our local top fighter here in Toronto, Sammy Vargas faced Spence in April 2015 and DSG in November 2016. He did manage 7 wins in between those two defeats but showed way more courage then dozens of these divas out there.

Thurman has better, footwork, hand speed, defense, better counter punching, and he is more athletic. Only think Spence has on his is cutting off the ring, jab, and body punching.

Thurman should be ready after one tune up fight due to his injury. Anything after that is in questioning.

Two tune ups. Spence isn't easy work.

Don't think Spence shown better skills that Thurman. More dynamic power, yes. Thurman has better ring generalship with enough power to offset & outwit Spense during a 12 round dance. He'll need to just control the fight. He has the experience to do so.

I remember Floyd kept telling Thurman if he wanted a fight with him to get in the ring with Spence, but Run Time was terrified of losing his zero before he could cash out. Thurman isn't the monster puncher I thought he was and it's embarrassing watching him try to fight off the back foot. He almost lost the Garcia and Porter fights doing that ****. I think Spence beats his ass bad. His shoulder injury bought him some time but Spence is going to hammer him on the inside and drop his ass when they fight.

Disappointing because Keith acts like he's willing to take on anybody in the past.
He was quiet about Porter and Garcia too. He's injured, give the guy a break. Until Keith says otherwise let's not put words in his mouth.

Thurman vs Chavez...close fight at time of stoppage

Chaves is a really good fighter not given enough credit. Went into this fight undefeated with an interim belt. Thurman went in there and took the belt from him. Not only won, but stopped Chaves.
