Winky Wright. Not only did he do it well, I think his upper arms were long enough to cover the sides of his body with his elbows.

JMM took advantage of it and Pac fell, if you recall Pac got dropped
in the early rounds of the JMM/Pac fight.

Saw that ****** high guard again in the Shields vs Adler fight.
What exactly do you expect when someone is in that position?
Like I mentioned in the previous post, they might as well stop it in the second round because it's expected to be a pitiful sight.

Again, it's mind-boggling why they keep using it in the entire fight.
Solution is to surrender. Give up. Stop wasting people's time and your body.

If I see Broner applying the high guard again in this fight,
            fight is predictable.
I like to see the old style, the confident mini shoulder roll style.

Winky Wright had a damn shield. He was like Captain America with that shield guard. His elbows reached down to the sides of his waist. In his prime that high guard defense was something to see. It was impenetrable.
