If a boxer expects to remain at the championship caliber level, then they must have to be highly focused, disciplined, dedicated and committed to the sport full-time. One must be willing to make the necessary sacrifices, self-denial and deferred gratification in order to flourish in it.

Anybody can come in and train him but if he is unwilling to put in the necessary work and sacrifices to want to improve, then a change will be futile.
