Does anyone know what was wrong with Heiland's leg/knee?

I know most of us saw that weirdness last night. What was up with Heiland's lower extremity? I really hate that Charlo put in all the work at camp, etc, to show up and find out he had a bummed opponent. How and when did his injury occur? NYSAC should've caught that prior to the fight.

Not sure how he actually stood up to be honest, I fell like the night i saw the Haye v Bellew fight. It was weird, sad and uncomfortable to see a boxer with one leg. He was very brave but it was apparent that there was something wrong with that left leg. The doctors/refs even called him on it but in the end they left him go out on his shield.

Commission should hold his purse, suspend him &/or fine him for withholding an injury for sure. I'm assuming he lied on some sorta form or to a doctor somewhere along the line. So even doe the commission didn't catch him its ultimately Heiland who effed up the most here potentially.

That said I can't blame the guy all that much. He's been waiting for his undeserved title/eliminator shot since 2014 iirc. And he was making a quarter mill or something for this fight which can't be bad money for a cat in country with an average yearly household income of 6k or whatever. Sh^t I'd be trying to withhold the injury too. F#ck that give me 30+ years pay, in my country's income, so I can invest my money, chill out & **** sexy latinas all day.

He definitely went out on his shield, no doubt about that. They said that he had to remove a lot of tape from his leg or knee right before the fight. They should've caught it then. I'm also hearing a lot of posters on here saying that he hurt his ankle on the first knock down. He was awkward before then. Weird stuff, money driven

WBC and the commission have a lot of questions to answer. This bum should of never been ranked in the first place and folks need to keep asking the WBC how a guy who's last 2 opponents each had 18 losses. Over the last 3 years 4 of his 6 opponents had 13 or more losses. Hes nowhere on any of the credible top 10 middleweight rankings but mysteriously he is number 1 ranked by WBC over world ranked fighters. Mandated to fight for a eliminator against a guy whos never fought at 160 and held no WBC belt at 154. Somebody was paid off for those rankings it's that simple. The fact that heiland was also injured before the fight and still sanctioned is serious problem. the weighin with him limping prove it as well as the fact he had a wrap over the bum knee and was told to remove it before the fight.
