a 20k-seat venue, where the price to get into the building is $3500, has hundreds (maybe even a thousand) of seats left after being on sale for 5 days, and there's supposed to be a panic? Lol.

The hard sell for the fight just started with the recap of the press tour, and there are only maybe 5% of the tickets left, at the most ridiculous price point ever laid out for a fight.

actually 5% of 20,000 tickets is 1,000 and this article states there are thousands (plural) still available so it's probably more like 30-40% left. It's just not moving as fast as canelo-ggg which has been sold out for several weeks

floyd not leaving usada and nsac ever for a fight really hurt this fight - this fight should have been held in the uk in a huge stadium where average, casual fans could have bought tickets for a cheaper price.

My assumption would be when the tickets are this crazy ($150k down to 2k for sh^tty seats) people wait a lil longer to purchase them, but if manny vs floyd sold out by now this might be a not so great sign.

i'm guessing it's because the ticket prices are ******, and the people who are actually able to afford them are more likely to be discerning enough not to drop thousands of dollars on such a bum fight. Ellerbe is probably right not to be concerned though, it'll be the millions buying the ppv who'll really generate the cash.

Im almost certain the pacquiao-Mayweather fight sold out rather quicky like within a few to a couple of days.

I guarantee for this fight there will be some comps to the big ballers that night. Regardless if this fight is a legit sell out or not, the revenue for the gate is going to be a crazy huge number.

All of floyd vs conor tickets are going directly to the public! You cant buy through 3rd party unless its a single ticket maybe... So 1 month to go lets calm down!
