Comments Thread For: Broner: I Don't Want to Hear Any Excuses When I F*** Mikey Up!

Garcia opened as a 5-1 favorite over Broner, whose inconsistency, especially in training camps, has hurt his career. By Friday, Garcia was barely a 2-1 favorite entering a scheduled 12-round fight Showtime will televise as the main event of a doubleheader Saturday night from Barclays Center (9 p.m. ET/PT).

and if mikey ****s you up, we don't wanna hear excuses either. broner is the most excused fighter in the forum. "he has the talent, he just isn't dedicated" "if he he had worked hard...."

i thought that when he fought chino he was 100% ready, but apperantly he wasn't.... i thought then that when he fought porter he was 100% but again, he wasn't.... and i have the feeling that tonight is just another one of those nights where he won't be at 100%

but... but... but next time doe.... next time we'll see the real AB...

Mikey is going to tear him up. No excuses needed.

Broner could not see Maidana's haymakers coming, so he won't be able to see the punches which will spark him out within six/seven rounds.

Ready to eat humble pie if I get this wrong.

... I can make some excuses for Mikey: he's definitely smaller, but he thought that "arrogant" Broner will not be able to make 140 in a healthy manner -- which instead Broner did, apparently...

Great point... With Mikey like you pointed out he wouldn't see those punches.
