PBC is set up as a television platform, with most of the talent in a common pool, but the promoters of each event having broad leeway as to what the fights on the card actually looks like.

PBC just aired a show on Sunday, with the only clear Haymon fighters being Victor Ortiz and Justin DeLoach; the rest of the shows was filled with Ringstar Sports fighters, being moved along the way.

Even on the Broner-Garcia card, you had 10 fights with maybe 6 fighters tied with Haymon. Haymon, Mayweather Promotions, Greg Cohen/Salita, Lou DiBella, Matchroom Sport, and independent fighters all got a chance on the show.

You rarely, if ever, see a PBC show featuring one promotional company, lol.
