To be honest I don't even consider The Ring belt a title. I know alot of people and boxers consider it the Lineal championship but I don't put much weight on it.

..WHAT???? LOL you didn't even answer my question. Only Reason Canelo Doesn't fight for the WBC belt anymore because he wants nothing to do with the WBC after they stripped him and gave his belt to GGG. It has nothing to do with VADA Testing.
