Golovkin didn't land cleaner punches. The KD might have played a factor but that was the only significant thing Golovkin did in the fight. He was out of elements against Jacobs. He was tentative and unsure what to do against a big middle weight with as much punching power as he had. Jacobs played into the judges hand by pressing the fight more but this was a victory to secure the Canelo fight. Jacobs did enough to win and Golovkin with the KD made it easy for the judges to award the decision to him. The Kovalev had more of a case for winning with his KD of Ward.

Ok highlights... I'm sure if someone invested the time they could come up with highlights of Jacobs landing clean shots. The thing is some fans are so insecure they'll spend the time to make video highlights to help prove the case of their favorite fighter. If you or others think it was so clear a victory you wouldn't need video highlights.

That's where your wrong. I've been a boxing fan for a long time. I want to see competitive fights. Golovkin beat Jacobs and he would fold Charlo like a lawn chair. We're going to have to agree to disagree on what determines an elite fighter. Jacobs is elite and was lucky to go 12 with Golovkin. Charlo not elite imo.
