Best case scenario, similar to Kovalev-Ward I, is you can argue Jacobs made it a totally tied, even fight on punches through 12 rounds, in which case the tiebreakers you look to first to decide a winner are (1) that GGG came forward all night, (2) that GGG got the only knockdown, and (3) that GGG was the champion.

And that's best case scenario for Jacobs. More realistically, GGG already won just looking at more, cleaner punches, and you don't even need to look at that other criteria to judge who won.

How bout no scenario. Ward won that first fight clean & Jacobs won that first fight clean. I bet lil g won't rematch Jacobs even if he was champion so we should get Jacobs vs. bily joe Saunders so you can witness the truth. Peace.

I don't think so. I'll give you the rematch on Ward/Kovalev. Kovalev gassed out. Their first fight was by no means a clean win for Ward. It was very controversial as evidenced here and in the boxing media over and over again. As far as your second point Golovkin beat Jacobs unanimously and convincingly. Jacobs is a good fighter with a lot of heart but you can't really be serious about the outcome of that fight. Jacobs was on his knees at the end of the fight thanking God he went the distance. If Golovkin decided to rematch Jacobs I don't think he would go as easy on him. They are friends after all but 2nd time around Jacobs in all likelihood wouldn't make it to RD 12. I respect your opinion just don't agree with it.

You trippin....It's only controversial cuz the commentating makes it that way jus like pacquiao/horn....Jeff beat pacquiao. Golovkin will not rematch Jacobs & that tells you right there they don't want those problems again. Golovkin won't even enter the ring with Jermall Charlo. Smh
