Surely he wasn't referring to Pacquiao. He was talking about Horn, right? I don't care how bad someone hates Pacquiao if they're a true boxing fan they have to realize that the guy is a legitimate ALL-TIME great. You can say he's overrated...fine. But he's still an ATG. First ballot hall of famer and possesses a list of accolades that rival any fighter's in history.
