How could you say Broner doesn't have heart? When he lost to Maidana, he showed tremendous heart, getting up twice & finishing strong. Although he lost, he really impressed me with his heart. He hasn't ducked anybody.

In my opinion Robert Garcia did the same thing a year later with Donaire vs Vetyeka, a fight where Donaire got a bad cut over his eye very early in the fight but fought just long enough so he was up on the cards and put enough rounds in that they could legally go to the scorecards.
This is the same $hett Cotto went thru when he was head bunted & got a nasty gash over his eyes by Clottey. What did Cotto do he fought the whole fight 12 rounds.

If I remember correctly it was more like Garcia's cornermen quit on the fight. When it was declared an intentional butt the cornerman checked with the officials and when he learned that the fight would go to the scorecards he then pulled Mikey out of the fight. I remember being pissed at the time that they could do that but in today's boxing world you do whatever you can to get a win. I could see how some could consider it quitting, but I guess a win is a win

Too many people don't understand the rules as they only have watched not fought.(not sure if it applies to such & such persons though)

When it comes to accidental headbutts if the Dr. says you can't continue you have no say in the matter, same goes for cuts above the eye,if its gushing & above the eye its over 90% of the time immediately, the other 10% it's over if you dont ko your opponent in next 2 rds tops or unless it stops bleeding completely if you have amazing cutman. Unless someone pulls a Broner & bellyflops like a fish outta water, then 90% of time they didn't quit. Broner just wants to hype up the fight, psyche himself up to convince himself his opponent quit before too & lastly to get in Mikeys head.

If I was Mikey I would change my name to mike though as a grown man shouldn't have "ey" at end if his name.

That's a better way of putting it.

Or like Tyson quit against McBride. Lmao.

Better yet, like Mayweather quit on his stool against Chavez. Right, bruva?

I guess there was no Black Powah there.

                    That was a TKO loss.
He got a broken nose from an intentional headbutt from one of the dirtiest fighters in the world. He should of kept fighting at a severe handicap? Risk losing his undefeated record over an illegal headbutt?

Broner not as ACTIVE or as tough as Salido though. More talented than Salido absolutely but Salido Has a Chin and Crazy Stamina. The Longer the fight goes the tough Salido becomes!
