to be honest, I think Team Garcia took the opportunity to claim victory in the Salido fight by quitting.

Broner has to put it all on the line Saturday night, a loss takes him way back to journeyman status. He must win.

Ouch! Adrien is saying they gave him a tough fight in Mikey, while the best ever was given McGregor with zero record in boxing.
Now I see why the Broner has a problem appreciating the May/Connor fight.
Hmmm, I read that differently. I read it as if he was saying that the media, experts and some of the fans are saying McGregor has a chance to beat Floyd (even if it's just a pitcher's chance), but nobody thinks that he has a legitimate shot to beat Garcia. He believes that the odds should be a lot closer or they should be in his favor.

It was indeed a weird stoppage; I have never ever seen a fight stopped because of a broken nose. Never. Should have been a TKO win for Salido.

                  LOL

Yea, Mikey had the fight in the bag and called it a day. Broner tried to quit vs maidana with that silly ass flop, but nobody fell for that

That was definitely a weird ass fight. And even as a Mikey fan left me feeling odd about how that all went down. Definitely think this is gonna be more competitive then most think & say what you will about Broner he's never not been ready to kill or be killed in the ring.

Some of the things that got me not counting out Broner here is how he came back vs Maidana + Porter after seemingly being out of those fights. I'm positive he can do that vs Mikey, but I'm not as confident that Mikey can cameback when he's down + I question Mikey's desire with boxing in general. Mikey comes off to me as a guy who's highly skilled in boxing, but his heart is elsewhere & eventually that leads to you coming up short when you get pressed too much. The main question is can Broner press him too much to win? Idk, but I know this isn't gonna be a easy W for whoever does get the W.

                      Garcia DID quit....

If Broner wanted to quit he would have...like Duran or Chavez Sr.
