He might do. In MMA. His boxing 'skills' are garbage.

McGregor has really been disrespectful with his comments about boxers and the sport itself. Either he knows something or he's going to get humiliated. He basically said boxing is easy and laughed at the sport.

I don't see how any real boxing fan would want him to win.

This is the final nail in the coffin for me.

In the last interview Paulie hinted at the fact that Mcgregor doesn't have scary power.

Now he's flat out saying Conor's power is nothing special.

            As far as Conor's gameplan:
            "There's holes there"
"Is he going to be effective? I don't know"
            "We both landed some shots"
            "It was good work"

            Conor's Power?:
            "He's not a weak puncher"
            "He's an above average puncher"

"Is it oh my god power? No."

"Conor doesn't have that kind of power"

Paulie pretty much said Conor's gameplan has a goal that he wants to accomplish, but it looks pretty dumb.

If there's no threat of scary power for Floyd, Conor's gonna get completely embarrassed.

A 5 year old can punch u in the eye right now and if it lands right you can get your face bruised especially if you haven't been hit in a while.

So do I, in MMA. Floyd is light years away from what Connor has ever been in with, this time he has teflon and speed in front of him that can read the play like no other.

I think Floyd will chop him down with body punches, and Floyd will be happy to fight this at close range.

I caught that as well when his first interview after the sparring came out, it was so clear for me to see that he wasn't impressed with McGregor's power.

People (usually MMA fans who have watched little to no boxing in their lives) seem to be ignorant of the fact that McGregor has been facing a bunch of bonafide scrubs in terms of their boxing ability (the one decent boxer he faced give him hell TWICE) while Mayweather has been facing the best in the sport (maybe not everyone or in their primes, but the competition level has been WAY higher than what McGregor has seen). I would LOVE to see McGregor get lucky and KO Floyd, but it will NEVER happen. In fact, McGregor will be extremely lucky to survive 12, let alone win the fight.
