Exactly The moment he agreed to fight 154 championship fight with Smith tons of articles wrote that he only did it for the WBO ranking at 160 even after the fight he confirmed everyone's su****ion saying he was moving up his next fight. During negotiations for his next fight after chavez wouldn't sign he official requested that high ranking and mandatory spot against Saunders for the WBO. He threw it over Chavez and GGG's heads to get both guys to sign to more favorable terms. If I hold a gun to your head and say give me your money or I'll shoot you and you cower and hand over the money I have no reason to shoot you. He didn't fight Saunders after requesting mandatory status because both of the big money fights he got on his terms.
