      And who has Crawford beaten?

This is the problem, no one has beaten anyone because no one fights anyone, and pretty soon there won't even be anyone left who has beaten anyone to beat and get credit for, because no one fights anyone. At least guys from the last generation were able to make their names off guys like Oscar De La Hoya, because at least he fought guys. So when Floyd and Manny beat him, it meant something.

All the Oscar De La Hoya's are gone now. There is not even anyone left with that type of resumé to be able to beat and get that type of credit.

      Well, not many.

Anyway, Lipinets is a B+/A- fighter, probably, but would he beat Postol? Absolutely. So don't knock Lipinets too much: he would be the best win of Crawford's career. If Crawford is willing to give shots to John Molina and Felix Diaz, then giving a shot to Lipinets should be no problem. At least Lipinets is an undefeated mandatory, unlike those guys. If Crawford moves to 147 I won't criticize him, but if he ducks Lipinets to still stay at 140 and fight lesser guys, that's a duck.

with a win on august 19th. bud would hold all the belts in 1 division something no other boxer can say at the moment and you still wanna pick at bud resume?

Crawford vs broner/Mikey is the only fight left for bud at 140 after indongo.

lipinets has been in with nobody to give any indication of him being a A- fighter. what the hell are you basing that opinion off of?

Molina been in with broner, matthysse etc
Diaz had been in with peterson,Vasquez etc

140 is a done deal after August 19th.

bud got bigger fish to fry. thurman, spence, horn.

Guys like Felix Diaz and Postol is who Crawford has beaten. They the type of guys big names avoid cuz people like you who must not be big fans of boxing will not give due credit for beating them but would certainly be talking **** had he lost either fight. Crawford is the best at 140 and has proven it Lipnets needs to beat someone along those lines to be taken serious or to even be ducked by anybody.

Lesser guys? This lipnets character has literally beat no one. Doesn't even belong in the same conversation as Crawford he's got much bigger fish to fry.
