The IBF's top rated rated super lightweight Sergey Lipinets, and his handlers, aren't happy that the International Boxing Federation has granted an exemption for Julius Indongo (who holds the IBF, IBO and WBA 140-pound titles) to face WBC, WBO champion Terence Crawford on August 19th in a match-up that will crown one unified champion in the division. If Indongo wins I think he'd definitely fight Lipinents. Crawford on the other hand I feel is likely to finally make that move up...but if he's not & I've been wrong about when Crawford would move up before then I don't see why he wouldn't fight Lipinents too. So idk about 100-1. Maybe 5-1, 10-1 at worst with the expectations at the moment, but that could change fast based on Crawford speaking on his intentions or if Indongo upsets TC.

If they don't move up or fight the Broner/Mikey winner, they should fight him. If his last fight is any indication he's easy to hit..... Crawford breaks him down and Indongo overwhelms him.
