One of my local theaters is charging $40. I checked.I don't that Fathom charges anywhere near $40, tbh. Like the prior times that they've run the closed circuit in the theater, they'll likely price it like a regular movie ticket ($15-$20), make some money off of the ticket (I have no doubt that boxing gets to them at a cheaper price than the film blockbusters), but make a killing off of the concessions.
They'll likely be some of the comicon-type stuff to deal with, but you'll likely see a lot of "mom/dad taking their two boys out to see the fights" going on too.
If you can't get to a fight party, Fathom Events still let's you have a party, without having to come out of pocket $200+ (even still, for the tickets and snacks, said family of four is still out $100-$150 on the fight, depending on what they get to snack on)Comment

Did you look at the price at your local theater? Mine said $40. Maybe my theater is higher than others, but I'm guessing thats the price or within $5-$10 if there is some variety in different areas as cost of living in different areas/states could play into the price they feel they can charge.Comment

Just checked the pricing for the theaters near me, and it's looking like your $40 number was right. My fault.
Between the ticket, food/sodas, etc, you're basically talking about $60 a head at the theater; a touch pricey, but better than ordering the show to watch by yourself.
Still heading to my usual spot though, unless things change; good to know that there's another option to considerComment

You mean you cant afford $40 to watch this fight. You and the rest of the loser who are too broke and or dont get invited to fight parties will be scouring the internet looking for a streamComment
