I'm a huge Andre Ward fan and even I know that 2nd fight was some BS!!!! Had NO problems with the 1st. But this sht was disgusting.Comment

you need to realize that ward has zero legit wins over kovalev. he has a robbery and a low blow ko. why wouldnt you want ward to beat him legit? i would rather ward retire and not disgrace boxing with his constant cheating but lets see if he can beat kovalev fair and square or at least without a ton of fouls like he usually does.Comment

No, it was the body punching of Ward that made him quit and double over from pain. He is not accustomed to that kind of physical style of fighting. He is not used to inside fighting either. The low blows was his way of copping out. He feigned those in order to catch a breather and get Ward penalized because he is a coward and a bully. Andre was able to snatch his heart right from out of his chest. He didn't lose that fight due to low blows he lost that fight due to fear.Comment

I don't undestand what you mean by alone. Are you a part of the crowd that think the judges and refs got together twice and decide to give Ward a gift? How is giving Ward favorable treatment advancing boxing on a whole. It's not like he's a PPV star and by all accounts he can barely sell out his hometown.Comment

how did ward have him figured out? because his low blows started being ignored? he landed that nice right hand but if you notice after that he never really landed anything clean besides one nice body shot. kovalev was slipping and blocking everything ward was throwin. probably why he got frustrated and went super low. the ref should have deducted points and given kovalev a 5 minute rest so i see no reason why kovalev couldnt have come back to win with a non corrupt ref. most had kov winning the fight at that point anyway
Bad Ref.Comment
