Obviously a Fury fight is still financially viable and still holds value from an observer's point of view as Fury won the crown and didn't lose it in the ring, but at the same time I feel like Joshua proved enough in the Klitschko fight to not have to chase Fury to prove himself, and there are other valuable fights out there. If Fury wants to reclaim the throne then I feel like he should prove that he's not completely gone to seed and prove that he's still got what it takes to compete by fighting and beating some good contenders first. He's still young enough to have time to build himself back up.

Really undefeatted guys need to fight eachother ......its also about popularity so the fight generates both guys globally .
When / IF this fight takes place Fury will retire permanently bc Joshua is going to level this guy . So lets hope Fury takes a few fights beforehand against actual guys we want to see besides having Klitchko theres really nothing there .
All Holyfield did with this terrible statement is remind everyone that he lacks character.
He had a glass chin, he couldn't take body punches and
he ducked the Klitchkos.

And you do know who evander holfield is dont you?
He is famous for being a disgraced former boxer who is mostly known for taking steroids

Holyfield was a duck and a drugs cheat. He lacks character
and had a **** chin.

Why isn't Fury popular in the UK. He was the one who beat Klitschko to become the real champion. On top of that he is a hilarious character out of the ring. Him singing to his wife during the post fight interviews was hilarious.
Joshua on the other hand is a killer in the ring but boring out of it. Generic sportsman. Never anything unpredictable comes out of his mouth
A few reasons. One initial is that a lot of people dislike gypsies, they have a negative view of them.
Also, the media were quite hellbent on destroying Fury. He did say a few things regarding ****sexuals and whatnot and in this day and age once you go down that route, the media and whatnot are going to go to town on you and try basically destroy you. Not to mention he was talking openly about ***s and how they run a lot of things such as the media and control almost everything.
The majority of people are still easily influenced by the tabloid newspapers and follow whatever they say. Once they decided they wanted to ruin him, the public just went along with it. So yeah, the combination of all those things was only going to go one way.
The funny thing is, Joshua is the convicted drug dealer out of the two and known for being a bully on the streets but he is the media darling, so the public eat it up. Fury has never done anything except voice his opinion. Even before he voiced these unpopular opinion, they weren't backing him anyway. He beat Klitschko and they barely give him any credit. Joshua beat CHARLES MARTIN and there was an orderly queue formed to suck him off.
For the record, I find Fury hilarious and think he's an excellent boxer on his day. I'm also ***ish and find nothing wrong with what he said.

There's no bigger fight for AJ then fury especially here in the U.K.
The wilder fight could be bigger on a global scale, but I think wilders got some work to do in that regard in terms of his profile, even in America no one knows who he is, whatever the reason for that is I don't know.
I'm hopeful both these fights will happen in the next 18 months though.

Fighters that would have had a field day with AJ:
Lewis
Bowe
Holmes (even the old version)
Haye
All the fighters that went the distance with Tyson (Bonecrusher, Biggs...etc, AJ would have been knackered trying to land)
Razor Rud****
Buster Douglas
Golota
Hasim Rahman
He's only big right now because the HW division is in a funk

As far as Ortiz is concerned, he looked slow and ponderous in his last couple of fights. He's no longer a priority unless he beats a top contender or champ (in Wilder as has been rumored) before that fight would even be a possibility. He is the #1 contender with the WBA so if Josh gets through Vlad (if the rematch happens) and Pulev (almost a 100% probability) he will have to fight Ortiz (if Ortiz gets through his next opponent) but the WBA are a joke and take a backseat to the IBF mandatory as far as being a priority. You don't get a fight with the current best heavyweight in the world because you just beat Dave ****ing Allen.

I won't even acknowledged the other names you mentioned because it's too funny to even debate. You might as well add Briggs and Butterbean if you think all those names would stand a chance with Joshua.

AJ is in Protective Custody
Look at this dude begging one guy for a rematch for a fight after he beat him clearly already and talking about fighting another guy that doesn't even have a boxing license. He doesn't want to be great, he wants to milk that status as a champ as long as he can by avoiding the fight everyone one wants to see which is Joshua VS Wilder. Quit hiding the man behind has beens and mandatories and make a real fight! Warden Hearn has AJ on lockdown!
