Looking at how modern boxing evolving we might never ever see Undisputed champion again ...

As belts are losing their values, and very few actually want collect them all...

What do you think about this?

Will we ever see Undisputed boxing champions again?

I wish an undisputed champion wasn't even a thing. Cuz champion should mean you're the only champion to me. So the question to me is can we ever get to one title again. And idk how you go about it from where we are now & who has the power in boxing, but I think we get there...but some of us might not be alive when we do get there is the problem cuz idk if its happening within 10, 20 years.

I will say the abc groups working together more & agreeing on more things is helpful on getting to that point & I also think the WBSS tournament is potentially a means to force more divisions where there is one champion &/or a undisputed champion so there are reasons to be optimistic.

Crawford vs Indongo will crown the first one since Jermain Taylor. Golovkin/Canelo, Ward and the cruiserweight WBSS winner are all very close to accomplishing it too. Seems that unifying titles has suddenly become a bit more of a priority again

If lebedev wasn't allowed to keep his wba belt, the wssb tournament in cruiserweight would also crown an undisputed champ

It will take someone with enough money to be able to buy out the sanctioning bodies or have a big enough stable and marketing dollars to push a brand new belt that everyone recognises as THE belt

Could have been haymon . he had big investors behind him for pbc but he lost half a billion dollars according to reports?? So that ship has probably sailed
