Take a look at floyd? Floyd had all the evidence that he's using the PEDS.

1. The IV that armstrong use to masks the PEDS. (This is the evidence that 100% confirm that floyd mask the PEDS)
2. Floyd body built has all the sign of ped user.
3. Roid rage.
4. When confronted by pac lawyer to show his test result but floyd settled it by paying pac millions of dollars.
5. Bodyguards and people sorounds him are PED user or drug addict.

Even Victor Conte will agree to all of this.

I think no one can deny that floyd is a PED user.

Mayweather is not a ped user. There's no way he used the peds. The IV is for rehydration only.

Manny Pacquiao turned down a 40 mill fight and a 50-50 split because he didnt want drug tests. That says it all really. Manny was a PED user. Floyd might have been one but Manny is 99% sure.

I am a fan of both. Funny how the guy asking for drug tests is more likely to be on drugs than the guy who refuses to take one..

Being meddled with a shady organization like USADA is not really something that PAc would want. And when he agree and the fight finally happened under USADA, the IV scandal broke up. Pacquiao was under drug testing numerous times before Floyd, and he passed all of those. Floyd on the other hand had a IV that was commonly used to mask drug tests.

It's funny how a guy that has passed all tests and has no scandal related to PED's is more likely to be a PED user to certain fans than a guy that has a history of scandals regarding PED's and has a recent IV scandal used to mask PED's.

Pac also uses VADA, the most reliable organization of to date and had passed all the test. Floyd is the more suspect of the two considering his rumored history of failed tests, the IV scandal, while Pacquiao doing peds was only brought up because Floyd said so.

I will say this to all the hater that floyd is the only boxer i believe that is clean who don't use peds and don't handicapped his opponent and fight clean in the ring.
