What boxer would make the best street fighter?

As for heavyweight I'd go with Tyson. I wouldnt wanna piss this guy off in a streetfight. He's a nutcase and would probably be undefeated if his career was on the streets.


On the lighter side I'd probably go with Mayorga, I can picture this guy battering anything in front of him including men , women and even kids. He just dont give a ***.

Yeah most of you are picking good backup, but some of you keep mentioning little guys.

I don't know how you guys think they'll dominate in a street fight. Try fighting someone four-five inches taller than you and thirty or more pounds heavier.

It's hard as ****ing hell to beat up a bigman. It's like punching or trying to grapple a metal telephone poll.

If we're going to include guys smaller than heavyweight in this discussion than Mickey Walker, Sam Langford, Rocky Graziano, and perhaps above anyone else, Stanley Ketchel, are your men.

Emphasis on Ketchel who may have been one of the greatest sluggers and pound for pound hitters of all time. That guy was a demon. I'd pick a fight with Tyson before I mess with a guy like that. Tyson would knock me out and bust my face open but Ketchel would do the same, and then probably gouge an eye out with his thumb while I was out.

Good point. Can't believe I forgot about Ketchel. He was one mean S.O.B. Greb too, though he didn't hit as hard. He and Walker brawled after their title figth in the alley outside of a bar where they went for drinks.
