Mcgregor is no Maidana. Not even close! Maidana had an amazing amateur career. This Conor guy is a joker... and whoever thinks he has a chance at winning is a joker too... BUT! I do fear Mayweather will play it safe, LIKE ALWAYS, and Run, score points and win a boring unanimous decision... damn. I really hope he knocks him out... but this fight will skmehow end up being bad for boxing b cause Mayweather doesn't care about the sport, he cares about himself and he is on his way out... so he doesn't care of he kills the sport as long as he makes money and can continue kissing Dana Whites behind he's happy

This fight is definitely not going the distance. The jab to the body will completely kill Conor's energy. He's going to get stopped to the body around 8 or 9. That's if the towel hasn't come out by that point. They aren't going to let him take too much damage.

Floyd is absolutely going to take his time though. We'll get 3/4 of a fight at minimum imo.

All different types of stories how McGregor looks and sparring we won't know until he steps in the ring but he cannot acquire skill in a few short months and even Floyd it over 40 now 2 years inactive still should have plenty if he wants in his mind to leave a statement stop McGregor in round 6, 7, or 8...

Shields doesn't mention a few things.

              1. We HAVE seen McGregor in a boxing ring, getting beaten up by cvh, thus, we DO know things about him.
              2. Horn beat Manny on paper (I didn't think he won) but horn is also a professional boxer and has fought many fighters better than cvh...so another reason I don't like his breakdown.
              3. "He's a puncher"... really and we know this from having ZERO pro boxing bouts, and a 1-1-1 amateur record?
              4. While we don't know how Floyd will look at 40...Shields mentions Floyd being in with a 170 lb man...Floyd has never weighed 154 on an official scale for weigh in, what if he's gotten bigger? Stronger? Even if he hasn't, he's been in the ring with 170 lb fighters on many occasions. What did canelo weigh on fight night? Maidana? How about DLH? He never stepped on a scale. Floyd's sparring/has sparred many guys 20 or more lbs heavier than him.

People act like this is so foreign for him lol the guys been doing it 35 fuggin years. McGregor is in the biggest fight of his life, but he has to THINK about what he's going to do, with Floyd, it's autonomous... pre programmed. Reactions, speed, reflexes, ALL already ingrained from tens of thousands of hours of sparring, fighting, training, and literally hundreds of thousands of total punches thrown in his life, if not more.

Actually Shields is wrong, Floyd was KO artist below WW. Floyd changed his style to adapt to his hand problems and fighting bigger guys. If Floyd fought his whole career at 140 or below, he would be knocking out most of his opponents, but he chose to go up in weight to chase the money.

Can Mcgreggor do ANYTHING from the outside to Floyd. He will get eaten alive, so he has to try to bum rush someone who uses movement. Plus both of his eyes will be closed from swelling. He already cant defend himself against Floyds speed with two good eyes....after talking all of that sh|t, people are gonna be mad at floyd for talking sH|t and showboating. Gatti was a tough guy and a PROFESSIONAL BOXER, and look how floyd did him....Floyd has gotten even better. He's (Connor) gonna take a far worse whipping while being talked to by floyd and the same people that praised all of Connor's trash talking are gonna actt APPALLED by what Floyd is gonna do to him, and trash floyd for doing it
