Different weight classes so not really a fair fight. Find a similar pro boxer at 154.

McNeil fights at 160, he could easily make 154, or McGregor could fight at 160 since he's fought at 170 in the UFC. McNeil KOs him inside 5.

Mcneil based on what I saw.

The fact that that Perry guy is 10-1 with 10 KO's in the UFC really put stuff in perspective(If they weren't already). Anything can happen, but definitely don't bet the house on Mcgregor doing anything with Mayweather.

McNeil went the distance with Khytrov so he's not getting stopped by an MMA fighter. Khytrov's poor defence was exposed by Aleem in his last fight but he still has excellent hands

                Is McNeil's head too small?

McNeil at 160? Still too big.

McNeil is a naturally bigger man than Conor and 154/155(UFC) is Conor's optimal weight class. It doesn't matter though. Even if they were the same size McNeil knocks him out due to superior boxing technique.
