Comments Thread For: Chocolatito Over the Shock of His First Loss, Aims For Knockout

Back on March 18th at the Madison Square Garden in New York, Roman Gonzalez lost his WBC super flyweight title to Wisakil Wangek (also known as Srisaket Sor Rungvisai) by the scores of 114-112 (twice) and 113-113. Most observers believed 'Chocolatito' had done more than enough in the second half of the contest to retain his title. Instead, the tough Thai fighter saw his hands raised in victory.

Rungvisai's chin is too good to be stopped by Choco. I'd love to see it though.

Chocalito got robbed period. It sucks but unfortunately it happens in boxing even to the best. But he's good enough to build his name up again.

            People is crazy.

Sir Rungvisai did a great fight too, yep, he is dirty but that's the fault of the lack of defense that Chocolatito has.

He doesn't know how to box with good defense, he is a pressure fighter but too frontal.

People need to look the fight vs Vargas 1 like 7 years ago, that fight was toe vs toe but Vargas is a C class fighter and was not too strong like the Thai.

The Thai guy deserved his win, period. The fight was competitive.

            Look people.

The Thai gave Roman the rematch, immediately.

Roman is scared to fight again vs Estrada or Cuadras.

Choco takes this one. I don't think he will KO him but I see him winning. Hopefully, the ref is going to be more observant with the headbutts.
