Facts like this being the worst ratings since PBC launched hurt your feelings huh cupcake? Keep your bytch azzz out of this unless you have something to bring to the table. Get back on your knees and open wide for little haymon.
Barring a historic spike between now and Tuesday, last nights #PBConFox will land as the lowest-rated prime time boxing telecast on free TV.

Figueroa hadn't fought in almost 2 years, is a primarily southwest/west coast attraction and Ghost had lost 2 in a row. This fight was probably better for a Tuesday night or Friday night rather than Sat night on Fox.
Everyone at PBC should be ashamed of themselves. For the main Fox network on a Sat night, in primetime, on the east coast the card needed to be Broner/Garcia (main), Figueroa/Ghost( co feature) and browne/Momaghan (Opener).
edit: also foolish to put the fight that sold most of the tickets in the opener. The kownacki/Spizlka fight should have been the main event on a Tues or Fri card.Last edited by The Big Dunn; 07-17-2017, 09:51 AM.Comment

Same time middle of July last year PBC on FOX drew 1.45m viewers. First you lied and said PBC is getting UFC ratings which they are not but the real problem is how far and fast the FOX ratings have fallen worst then PBC on NBC and that got canceled. Second it's not just one bad card they have been trending down since they debuted and just like with ESPN and NBC with just a few months left on the deal PBC is sending weak fights to end out the deal. Who's fault there is little promotion for these cards? PBC nobody else.Last edited by bigdunny1; 07-17-2017, 09:49 AM.Comment

You're such a full of it hater. Why you don't continue your sad little life masturbating to the imminent demise of PBC while Haymon continues to put on fights and make big coin. No one is ever going to convince you otherwise..Same time middle of July last year PBC on FOX drew 1.45m viewers. I think it was more appropriate for an FS1 card but "be ashamed of themselves" is a tad over the top..Figueroa hadn't fought in almost 2 years, is a primarily southwest/west coast attraction and Ghost had lost 2 in a row. He probably has somewhat of an agenda, but you can't admit that some of his points are valid?Comment

What "points"? That the ratings were weak? Well duh. And PBC isn't finished with NBC, they have more cards this fall. The point is he knows nothing. He doesn't know anything about where PBC actually is, he just cherrypicks data to support what he has already concluded, that PBC is horrible, Haymon is the devil, and PBC is on its way to bankruptcy. I'll bet you he was nowhere to be found after Thurman Garcia..Comment

I mean it. These are the little logistical things that shouldn't be missed, especially this far into the PBC experiment.
The crowd was kind of dead after the Konwacki/SPilzka. They were so hot during that fight. That should have closed the show because it makes for a better TV experience and feel.
Also this was Uniondale, LI. 1st card in decades. Put a Long Island guy, Joe Smith Jr., in the main event even though he isn't your guy. Then have Monaghan in the semi main because whether they win or lose, they will fight each other in Long Island at some point.
I know hindsight is 20/20 but seriously these things need to be better planned.Comment
