Because Manny Pacquaio for example isn't going to be the same fighter at heavyweight because he won't have the same attributes.

Wlaimir Klitschko won't be able to impmenent his gameplans as effective at welterweight for example.

So, if Manny was a natural Middleweight, he would be Joe Calazaghe with punching power?

No really - Joe can fight inside, but Pacquiao is better from the outside and has better feet. But rolling with this, it's nearly an impossible question, because if you take Pacquiao's footwork, he wouldn't be able to jump around with that speed in a 160-175lb frame. Would he be more stationery as a result? Would that mean he would have to rely on a more technical approach?

In some of these examples you can kind of give an answer with some degree of certainty, in others, no chance.

Chocalito walked through his first two weight divisions, he was just two strong, too technical and too good, who's to say he wouldn't do that in higher weight divisions if you put him into a bigger frame with all his attributes relatively adjusted to how he was in those first two weight divisions.

Interesting take. I never really looked at it that way. So, if you think about it, when people use the argument "If everything was equal fighter a would beat fighter b." They aren't looking at the totality of each fighter and how different Fighter A and Fighter B would be in each particular weight class. Let's take GGG vs Crawford for example. On this site, I have seen many people say that if Crawford was a natural 160 pounder he would beat Golovkin due to being the more skilled fighter. But they never take into consideration the fact that, most of the time, that higher weights are usually slower than lower weights. Usually you will have exceptions like Roy Jones and Ali who were just freaks of nature bbut generally a lightweight is going to quicker than a Middleweight, Light Heavyweight, or Heavyweight. Now at the same token, picture if Golovkin was a natural 140 or 147 pounder. Wouldn't that mean that he would be a lot faster and explosive since he is in a naturally smaller frame?

                  No he wouldn't.

His power might not translate at Middleweight. That's what I mean.

Moving fighters to different weight classes makes them completely different fighters all together thats why its next to impossible to assess.

This is how I kind of look at it.
If Floyd was a natural Middleweight, he would be like James Toney.
If Joshua was a natural Welters, he would basically be Spence. If Madianna was a natural welter, he would be Porter

It's impossible to say those things because Joshua would be a totally different fighter if he was 5'9 and 147 lbs.

It's just sheer fantasy that can't be assessed because theor attributes are thrown completely out the window.

It's the eqivulent of asking who wins out of Superman and Spiderman at 147 lbs.
