Am I the only black guy who thinks McGregor will win?

No one actually believes Conor will win. There are people who know Mayweather will, people who want McGregor to, and people who say McGregor will just to troll. But no legit McGregor believers.Comment

You talking about that sports science history channel thing?I didn't do the test, I'm just telling the results. You can find it on Y@utube. MMA fighters tend to not be able to take a shot like pro boxers and usually get hit cleaner because of having to defend from several different types of attacks. To make a long story short, I think Connors power will carry over just fine but it won't mean much because Floyd is arguably the best defensive fighter of all time. Floyd my pointless wipeout.
Yea I definitely don't buy it, they are using flawed logic as those types of shows often do with more subtle topics.
I don't think they take into account the mass of the object landing spreading out the force on the intended target. MMA gloves are more pinpoint accurate since they are smaller. So if you hit "that spot" you are hitting "that spot" on the money with the full lbs per inch force. With a boxing glove you are hitting "that spot" & the surrounding area more also, so the full lbs per inches force or whatever is more evenly distributed & isn't just on "that spot" that can put you to sleep.
And just anecdotally watching both sports I see more lights turned out in MMA than in boxing by a long shot with fewer punches being landed. I don't believe for one minute that all these guys over here got weaker chins & all these guys over here got stronger chins to the sorta degree that I've seen.Comment

Well I told you why more fighters get knocked out in mma but I guess you missed that somehow. Even Floyd, with an 8oz. glove can knock someone out without them being prepared. See the Ortiz fight for reference. You talking about that sports science history channel thing?

Lol @ saying they are using flawed logic. It's the same guy, punching the same target with the same speed and same mass. There's no dis*****g the results. Of course that only counts for the flat knuckle impact and most mma guys never hit perfectly square like boxers anyways.
That's all. Cya.Comment
