      This is true. Williams had a ton of energy for someone fighting below his natural weight. If anything you'd expect him to move more not throw loads and loads.

        Henry Armstrong. For him, it was both. He trained like a fool and an autopsy revealed a heart physically bigger than most men his size. Freaky but man, he was so much fun to watch.

              Duran had Unreal stamina. In 49 fights I've never seen Floyd tired. They stand out to me.

                  Listen I hate the guy but credit where credit is due -- Kenny Rainford had some really stellar stamina.

                  Sutherland woulda beat that ass but he started to gas after the first 20 seconds.
