Strongly disagree, Malignaggi is one of the few that talks about the subtleties in a fighter's skill set, the ones that most tend to ignore or simply don't understand. McGregor needs to understand positioning and the little movements Mayweather makes to draw out punches.

Maybe you are correct and Paulie gives McGregor sound advice on Floyd. But Conor will come out swinging and winging and heaving trying for a KO. Hope the advice from Paulie works out.

I don't get guys like EddieTate. What fuels this kind of hate for a fighter? It's freaking weird.

Paulie is a 2 division world titlist and a European (EBU?) titlist. He did this despite his soft touch. Anyone in the fight game will tell you that Paulie is tough as nails, the kid has no quit in him. Refs know that when he fights, especially when he was at the end of his career, he had to be saved from himself. I've always liked Paulie, the guy brought knives to a gun fight and boxed people's ears off. I have to respect that.
