In terms of boxingscene posters having a decent pro career, you've already done better than Hoskins and Zelenoff combined.

Yeah, Hoskins was already winding down a bit by the time I joined, now that I look around a bit it seems like he didn't fight pro just AM, but talked as if he could KTFO the universe in one round and his shadow boxing was so impressive some would count that as an official KO win over the air.

Versatyle is another BS poster who turned pro, lost his pro debut in 2013 to a guy who went on to beat Shane Mosley's son, not fought since. More credit to him than someone like Zelenoff as he at least spent years training and being dedicated even if it didn't work out. Maybe he should try fighting abroad as IIRC he once traveled from USA to Belgium to get some pussy so perhaps more likely to win as a road warrior.
I remember there was a guy on here called ..David.. or something similar, Mexican I think, he was into to power lifting and body building, 5'8 but 240lbs or so, and he posted about focusing on losing the muscle weight to fight at 160 but still trying to retain a lot of strength. I was interested to see how it went but I think he just stayed AM in the end.Last edited by Clegg; 07-12-2017, 08:11 PM.Comment

19-2 if I remember correctly. Took myself out of the ams early and concentrated on building myself to be a good pro. Not a fan of the UK amateur system tbh
Thanks to every1 else for the feedback. It was only the debut so I've got lots of work to do...but at least it's something to build onComment

Nice skills. Nice pull counter. Keep going to the body (over & over & over) especially vs the high guard & keep that pivot you have looks nice. No need to stand in the pocket. The man strength will come, keep working.Comment
