LOL thats not what it was. Thats almost a mill more people that watched it a lil after I counted it cuz it was 800k+ on the top 3 streams (Showtime being one of them).

The Floyd vs Manny last presser had 1.04m in the 2yrs since it took place. This fight is off the mfing charts.

Canelo vs. GGG is the real biggest fight in history.

They are doing a great job promoting. This will top Pacquaio vs Mayweather.

I'm skeptical about how much this fight really is going to draw. It'll be big, but 5mil+? Nah. Sure, it has captured the attention of casuals, but this is a portion of society that has notoriously short attention spans, and easy switchers when it comes to entertainment. There's a big, big jump from a free stream of a press conference on YouTube, while the topic is hot...to parting with $100 and watching the damn thing.

Garnering attention is still a far cry from getting their money.

How so? Look at the hype already? It's bringing two fan bases together? This is going to smash the ppv record.

                    This is gonna be nuts

The official UFC and Showtime streams of the press conference have a combined viewership of over 3 million views, within 5 hours of the press conference ending.

No idea what top of the event number is going to look like, but the fever for this fight by the end of the tour likely puts 2.7m-3m as the minimum range
