It's very unfair to focus it's investigation on the scoring only, it's about the officiating REFEREE that affected the fighter's performance and the outcome. A fighter can't execute his usual plan and dominance if the fight is infested with fouls & dirty tricks. It's very obvious & clear that Horn is a very dirty fighter
, throughout the fight he consistently head-locked, neck-gripped, head-pushed down, elbowed, head-butted Pacman that resulted to 2 cuts both sides of the head with 7 stitches each but in disgrace the REFEREE is insensitive & no reactions whatsoever & did not even caution or warn Horn. Something fishy going on, the REFEREE is paid and supposed to be fair to both fighters in this case, he's clearly with Horn.
