I just want you to explain how notifying USADA and having them come and oversee the IV is getting "caught". You said he was "caught" explain how.

i think he was caught, i dont think he notified anyone, corruption is everywhere, if he notified them then it would have been performed in a hospital, not his house, you need to pull your head out of floyds arse and see the world for what it is, not what floyd says it is, when floyd was first asked about it on camera his reaction said it all, he nearly fell off the side of the chair, why would you try and write in the fight contract that NO TUEs needed to be reported to either the opponent or the commission unless you were dirty you ostrich, your just like one of those followers in a cult, blind belief

That article is very misleading and old. Just to point out a few things:

1. ABP is not foolproof or to be used as a stand alone testing, however Its still the most effective and efficient DETERRENT.

2. The writer acknowledges he was not subjected to target testing. So high profile athletes would be taking a huge risk.

3. If ABP thresholds are tightened - athletes will be forced to change their routine - which can trigger an adverse analytical finding for distorted values - which leads to target testing or a flat out doping violation.

4. Eventually as ABP improves, athletes will have to microdose at such decreased amounts - it will not enhance their performance enough to justify the risk of doping.

5. The article about "chugging water", if you read it in the end it states distorted ABP values can still lead to a doping violation. LOL. Didn't catch that huh? Nevermind the fact chugging water doesn't do anything for targeted testing.

The questionnaire about - "did the dco see them drink water excessively" just means the athlete will be target tested and/or would be used against them as additional evidence in the event charges are brought up for INTENTIONALLY distorting values as per WADA rules.

And whats worse, if you're caught roiding, the contract allows you to bring a doctors note retroactively, so if you get caught cheating, as long as you bring a doctors note, no one will ever find out.

The USADA allowed this in UFC too, famously. But then the owners wanted stricter testing, hired in house ped experts, and their new contract with USADA doesn't allow this, so the UFC with USADA now catches peds cheats, whereas before they allowed them to continue cheating.

USADA follows the rules set out by WADA. A doctors note? They review and allow medications that athletes require for medical conditions, that's called a TUE. Which any testing agency in the world will do. WADA can overturn all TUE's granted by USADA.

I agree but this goes back even further. Evander Holyfield was using HGH hormone from the start of his career until the end and he was never caught till recently. PEDS are getting harder and harder to detect. Hopefully technology catches up and bans these bastards.
