Judging from how they brought a doctor with tissues i'm assuming bleeding but didn't really see any blood.

I saw no reason to stop the fight or even to stop the action. Nothing happened.

That cut looked tiny but I guess that is why the ref stopped the fight.

Why aren't the Cubans causing a scene? I would be yelling, screaming, and cussing out the referee to their face. ****ing Russians are so corrupt

                  They really are.
I think the amateurs maybe even more corrupt than the pros.

The way both started this had the markings of being a decent tear up, sucks.

Its amateur. Looks like dude got a S8C & then the ref noticed a cut or something & called it on the cut. Amateur boxing has been like that forever. If you get almost stunned for a split second & the ref noticed it you could be getting an 8 count. And if you are bleeding it can be over. There is some subjectivity to those two things cuz I've seen blowouts where no S8C's are called & I've seen some blood, never a lot like in the pros, & things going on, but usually those things lead to a fight being concluded.

I haven't watched enough of those WSB fights to know how similar they are to those types of amateur rules (since they are still ran by an amateur boxing entity), but my assumption is they aren't as strict to them.
