You're thinking absolute worst case scenario. The IRS will not act and when they do, it takes them forever to do so. I have a family member that works for them and they literally give you opportunity upon opportunity to work with them. Liens are public record which is why we know of it but unless he's been completely non-communicative and non-compliant for years, they will not levy and seize anything. It's just a game they play.

All I am saying is that he needs to be careful because he's high profile and all it take is for one overzealous United States Attorney to come after and prosecute him in order to make a name for himself. In addition, this is not his first incident either.
