Fighters get a 2 point round if they hit someone and his opponents knee or glove touches the ground. The guy isn't hurt but he still gets deducted two points. Flash knockdowns are common where the fighter gets up and fights on as if nothing happened. IMO that was a clear two point round for PAC.

How is the 9th a 2 point round when Horn never went down, nor did he ever stop defending himself or throwing punches in return. Just cause Pac buzzed the guy don't equate to a 2 point round. I've seen guys hurt way more than that and not get a 2 point round. That round was clearly nothing but a dominant 10-9

Pavquiaio won the 9th round not closely or moderately close it was extremely decisive. He should have been awarded two points.

It wasn't too long ago that Atlas was a staunch critic of Manny, if anything one could argue that his criticism of this fight was a testament to his non-bias. He called it like most of us saw it, and I understand Horn is pissed about having a tainted win, but it is what it is. Sign a rematch, stop crying, get over this whole "bullying" thing you've been carrying around all your life and win decisively.
