I wonder if Oscar has it planned for Lemieux to enter the ring after the Cotto-Kamegai fight is done for Lemieux to challenge Cotto to a fight.

Thing is Cotto won't fight him at 160. The highest Cotto has weighed for a fight is 155 when he fought Martinez. Cotto is going to demand a catchweight, the highest Cotto might do is 157 with a certain amount of cash. But Oscar and Lemieux can forget about Cotto fighting at 160.

    I, I, I, I.....

I can't really argue, IF that is true.....

    fair point

but yea, Saunders has got them all running

and lets not forget..... Saunders refused to fight Rosado in vegas because GBP refused to contractually obligate Canelo to Saunders NEXT

ok, so they had Chavez/Canelo lined up next, but according to usual NSB standards surely I can ignore that and accuse Canelo of ducking the slick brit

I want to post my..... " Saunders - Boogieman " gifs, but I can't find a pic of Bill that doesn't look gay

did I manage to bash everyone..... ? right, I'm off ^^

I agree BJS had trouble out boxing andy lee, he put leee down twice because of that weak weak chin and still only round 5 or 6 rounds. and lee isn't someone you lose rounds too if you are a great boxer. also BJS fought some guy ive never heard of and I felt it was a clear loss. if it wasn't in england I'd favour Willie to beat BJS. I'm calling a BS decision already.

I dont think saunders would have an issue fighting in america or canada either.. so strange case to deny it, I don't know if i'd call it ducking, just a bad decision, no way cotto fights him, Lemieux is too big and strong for an OLD cotto. even if cotto would have success, he's there to be hit too much.

Your BS Sanders is a clown at the high level, if he can't finish a badly hurt Andy Lee and can't even outbox him after that with his wannabe "superior skills" he will do NOTHING against Lemieux, and remembrer even Julio Chavez Jr. stopped Andy Lee... and I talk about the BS Sanders of two years ago (on juice?)... the today BS Sanders is not among the top-20 middleweight in the world, and there's probably 5 to 10 super welterweights who will KO him too and some welterweights too

BS Sanders will be destroyed, so stop believe that he's Ward, FMJ, or Ringondeaux

Georges Groves a B-class elite boxer and BS Sanders a B version of Groves...

He wants that Cotto money but you know the diva is gonna wanna drain him and have penalties as well if Lemieux misses weight.

I don't like the idea of passing on a title bout.

I think Lemieux would have beat Saunders. Should have fought him first and Cotto after if he wanted to

Lemieux and BJS would have been a fun fight to watch and one that could be made. Cotto will want to drain Lemieux and Lemieux isn't capable of that, like many have already said.

Whoever had won between Lemieux and BJS would have also increased their stock and likely gone to the front of the line to fight one of the big boys at MW.

Its the same with Fury. Then again the hate for Golovkin is immense on here and he seems like a nice enough guy. Billy Joe can make a statement with Monroe though. If he wins well, he's got to be taken seriously.
