10-8 rounds without a kd are hard to judge...there's no standard ruling. I don't really like them, but I will say horn was damaged more in that round than he would have been by a flash kd.

Round 9 was not 10-8. A lot people screamed robbery because he looked so dominant in that round. He didn't look as dominant throughout the entire fight. Pacquiao should have been given the nod but it wasn't a blatant robbery.

this kind of thinking inherently favors the a-side boxers and the low contact spoiler type of fighters. pretending that every round is worth the same so you can give them all the close rouds and pretend they won. pac didnt kill floyd in every roudn floyd auto wins. kov didnt kill ward ward auto wins. pac didnt kill horn every round horn auto wins etc...

ive been hearing fools say this since the live fight, hell no it wasnt a 10-8 round.

It was a 10-8 round. It wasn't scored that way but it was a round where one fighter clearly dominated but didn't get a knockdown. Horn was very badly hurt in that round for an extended period of time and unable to mount any offense or really protect himself.
By the way Bob Sheridan thought it was a 10-8 round in favor of PAC. Bob has broadcasted over 10,000 fights. I'll take his word for it over yours.

Pacquaio didnt get going till a minute in which during that minute Horn was dictating the fight, then pacquaio got in the punch and TRIED to get horn out of their but couldnt and horn threw back.

Jeff wasn't really dictating the pace in the round. He landed a couple of punches and so did Manny. Then it was all Pacquiao. Horn was staggering all over the ring. At one point he staggered most of the way across the ring backwards. He almost fell down. That was a clear 10-8 round.
