    There was always been testing in boxing when pac was fighting.

    Not like baseball.

    And everyone carries their power up moving up. You think guys get weaker as they get bigger? Lol

    Conditioning and speed sometimes they don't because of the extra weight. But since Manny actually didn't gain much weight moving up.....

    Manny at Super featherweight weighed 145 fight night.

    At welterweight he weighed 145-150.

      So true this happens all the time to drug users of steroids, look at Alistair Overeem in MMA the man was bad at kickboxer and k1 and muay thai and mma nowadays of the gear he is out of shape just like MANNY

        I agree he should retire but I think The Bobfather will have him fighting at least 3 more years. Manny has so many leeches in his camp and he's known for being bad with his money. Arum will have him lose 2 more times before he retires, i'm sure.
