I absolutely believe Manny was on PED's, but i also believe most top athletes are on something or other. Some just have the power, influence, money etc. to get away with it. People must be naive if they think drug testing can't be influenced by either some sort of masking drug, or paying the right people off. It's business, like any industry it is full of corruption and everyone has a price.

Now with that said, a PED isn't going to improve you tenfold in boxing. Manny's success mostly come from the fact he was a hell of a fighter but any PED would have given him an edge for sure.
